Alongside the general principle of respect for laws, fairness and loyalty, the Code of Ethics pays particular attention to human resources, a fundamental factor for the development of the company. It regulates essential aspects of the correct behaviour to be observed during collaboration, including conflicts of interest, confidentiality regarding news and information representing the corporate assets or inherent to the activities of the Group, the protection of competition, and also the relationship between ST Powder Coatings and its suppliers, the institutions and public officials.
The provisions of our Code of Ethics are an integral part of the contractual obligations undertaken by our employees and by all those who have business relationships with us.
